Draft

Placeholder for the MVP. A data protection review (including a DPIA) is required before public launch.

What we collect. What you type to the guide and the details it records (for example marriage date, children, finances and any safety concerns). This can include sensitive information about your family life, finances and safety. We do not ask for your date of birth, bank details or National Insurance number.

Guests. If you use the guide without an account, your draft is kept in this browser for up to 7 days and then deleted.

Accounts. If you save a matter, we keep it until you delete it. You can download or delete a matter, or your whole account, from the app.

AI. Your messages are processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the guide’s replies and your brief. The AI does not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects: you review and approve everything before it is shared.

Sharing. Nothing is shared with a lawyer unless you choose to, each time. You can switch a share link off, or withdraw a request to a lawyer, at any time.

Who can see your data. Only you, and any lawyer you choose to share with. Administrators can see account details and diagnostics but not your matter, conversation or brief.
